How do I view my order status?

If you are a registered customer, sign in by clicking on the account icon at the upper right hand corner of our website and select “Order” once you logged in. You will then see all of your orders, details and statuses. If you placed an order as a guest, you should receive an email right after your order is shipped.

How do I track my order after it is shipped out?

Right after your order is shipped out, you will receive an email showing your parcel’s tracking number as issued by the delivery company.  Simply click on this parcel tracking number to track the shipment.

What if I do not receive my order?

If you do not receive your shipment after a reasonable period of time, please contact the delivery company and give them the tracking number you received in the email. If the problem still cannot be solved, feel free to contact our Customer Care department at help@jeannierose.com
