The Jeannie Rose International Authenticity & Guarantee Card that accompanies all watches states that the watch you have purchased is an original Jeannie Rose creation, manufactured with the utmost care and tested to meet the standard of Jeannie Rose quality. Only Jeannie Rose shops and approved retailers are authorized to issue this official Jeannie Rose card. This item is covered by 1 years warrantee against all manufacturing defects and 6 months warranty for the battery. The warranty does not cover any damage from normal wear, aging or any damage from abnormal & abusive use. This warranty only covers damage that in the opinion of Jeannie Rose or an authorized Jeannie Rose retailer is not caused by accident or inappropriate use, ordinary wear and tear, modification, attempted repair, negligence or by failure to follow Jeannie Rose’s special PRODUCT CARE advice.
